Does the bracket have any product safety listings such as CSA, Warnock Hersey, or UL?

Tested to ASTM for handrail support strength and dimensions.

If using a USA listed power supply, what is the wattage requirement per lamp?

0.5 Watt @ 12v DC regulated.

What are the lamp specs (voltage, wattage, life, lumens, colour temperature)?

12v DC, 0.5 Watt, 100,000 hours, white (cold light).

Specs for the LED lamp in Lumos are as follows.

• Working temp -20 to +40 degrees C.
• Working voltage DC12V regulated +/- 10% Input current 41ma +/- 15% Output power 0.5watt +/- 20% Luminous flux measured at 1metre 4.3LM +/- 20%.

What gauge and type of wire is recommended for installations?

0.5mm twin cable, speaker wire cable.

Are there any other power issues (such as voltage drop due to long wire runs, location for mounting of the transformer, heat build up, access issues)?

One transformer is rated to handle up to 16 lights. The average residential installation has 6 lights per stair well.

What is your warranty policy?

1 year, no failures to date.

What sort of warranty issues have you experienced?

None

Have there been any product safety issues (fires, bracket failure, etc)?

No

Can you use photosensitive switches to automatically turn the lights on and off for automated dusk/dawn applications?

Yes, you can install using photosensitive senses.

Can the brackets be used in wet locations?

Yes, we have a powder coated version that is tested to a salt spray test of 500 hours ATSM. Product Codes: 610SCEBP / 611SCEBP
