"I want to email you to let you know how pleased we are with the telescopic window stays we received last week. They look really good, and they seem to be well made.

It seems a bit absurd to order window stays from New Zealand, and have them sent all the way to the Netherlands. However we weren't able to find stays that we liked here in Holland - we had looked everywhere for stays that were classic, simple and made of one metal. Most stays in Holland are made of a mix of plastic and tube. Yours are so much nicer to look at.
