    How do I purchase products from your site?

    Within New Zealand:
    Anyone can purchase from the SALE page

    Miles Nelson & MNC products: are available from most hardware stores in NZ place your order at the ‘special order’ counter.

    NZ Locksmiths can open an account with us and purchase directly of the site all hardware products.

    Schlegel Giesse: NZ Joinery companies can open an account with us.

    How quick can I get my products?

    Orders placed before midday are dispatched the same day. And then the products are in the hands of the courier company. You can follow your parcel with a track and trace link.

    Alternatively you can collect your parcel from our warehouse in Rosedale, Auckland. You need to call us before placing the order to confirm your pickup time.

    How can I return an item?
