Miles Nelson attempts to describe the items available on our Web Site as accurately as possible. If you receive an item not as described to your original order, you can return the product unused and in original packaging, and we will process a refund, or provide a substitute, whichever at your request.
Follow Up Service Commitment
Miles Nelson is committed to ensuring you receive quality products and top notch service. As part of our service commitment to you—once you have ordered product/s from our website—we will send you two follow-up emails. One will be sent out approximately 1 month after the date of your order to ensure that you have received the product in a timely fashion and that everything has arrived safe and sound and meets your expectations. A second and final follow up email will be sent out approximately 3 months after the date of your order to confirm that you are still happy with your purchase and the product is standing up to expected usage. You can also email us at any time with feedback or questions about our range or your order. Your input into our products and service is always appreciated.
Back Orders
In the event of a product being out of stock, we will place your order on back order and advise you of this by email. You may cancel your back order at any time. If paying by credit card you are not charged for any items on back order until they are sent to you.
Returns and Exchange
We think you will be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not satisfied for any reason please return it to us, undamaged, to receive a full refund or exchange as set out below.
Carefully repack and return the product to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days, and we will exchange it or provide you with a refund. Please complete the returns form included in your package. We cannot accept unused goods in damaged packaging, unless they are faulty.
