When the lock kit is used in conjunction with a door handle, the lock has a sprung latch which catches as the door closes along with the dead bolt lock, providing a secure latch which turns both sides for doors with pulls. This slim line design with anti-saw rollers in Satin Nickel finish is made to British standards BS5872.
